Product information:
Blend of Samsó and Merlot grapes in 60 and 40% respectively. Hand-harvested.
Destemmed and vatted with spontaneous fermentation. Fermentation maceration of 15 days and malolactic fermentation completed. French barrel (two 300 liter barrels and one 225 liter Montseny oak barrel, on 25/5/2024. On 22/6/2025 it was bottled and left to rest in bottle aging. No additives, preservatives or stabilizers have been added except for a very low amount of sulfites to guarantee its stability. Vegan wine. 13% alcohol.
