Product information:
Hand-harvested black sumoll with 12% hand-harvested macabeo, from old vineyards located in the municipality of Òdena (Anoia region). Regenerative cultivation. Vinified by trampling, pressing and settling, at this point a minimum of sulphites is added. Fermentation with native yeasts. When fermentation is about to end, it is bottled in a sparkling bottle where the fermentation process ends. Once the aging has ended, it is disgorged, always on request, without adding any kind of additive, preservative or expedition liqueur. Vegan wine with 12% alcohol.
