Product information:

Hand-harvested black grape, from old vineyards located in the municipality of Òdena
(Anoia Region). Regenerative cultivation. Vinified by trampling, pressing and
draining, at this point a minimum of sulphites is added. Fermentation with native yeasts. When the fermentation is about to end, it is bottled in a sparkling bottle where the fermentation process ends. Once the aging has ended, it is disgorged, always on request, without adding any kind of additive,
preservative or expedition liqueur. Vegan wine with 12% alcohol.
