Product information:
A blend of hand-picked Sumoll negre and Grenache negre grapes from young vines fermented together, located in Òdena (Anoia region).
Vinified by trampling, pressing and settling. Fermentation with native yeasts and cold clarification, during the winter in tank, without the addition of any chemical or stabilizing additives. Vegan wine. A minimum of sulfur is added to ensure its stability. 11.5% alcohol.
