Product information:

Black grape harvested by hand from young vineyards located in the municipality of Sant Sadurni
d’Anoia. Vinified by trampling, pressing and settling, at this point a minimum of sulphites is added. Fermentation with native yeasts until the end of the fermentation. It is left to rest for 2 or three days and transferred to a second tank where macabeu from the Orpí vineyard (Anoia Region) is added during fermentation and bottled at the same time on 20/9/2025. Once the aging has ended, it is disgorged, always on request, without adding any kind of additive, preservative or expedition liqueur. Vegan wine with 12% alcohol
