Sparkling wine, traditionally bottle-fermented. Bottled using the traditional method.
Bottled June 2021. Aged for over thirty months.
It is disgorged according to demand and at the time of disgorgement no type of additive, preservative or dosage liqueur is added.
Very low sulfite content (40 mg/l), 12% alcohol.
This wine won a silver medal at the Vinary Rosé Awards in Barcelona in 2025.
