Product information:
Macabeu hand-harvested, from old vineyards located in Orpí (Anoia region) with regenerative cultivation. Vinified by trampling, pressing and settling. Fermentation with native yeasts and cold clarification, during the winter in tank, without the addition of any chemical additives or stabilizers. Vegan wine. A minimum of sulfur is added to ensure its stability. 13% alcohol.
