Product information:
Hand-harvested black grape, from old vineyards, regenerative cultivation, located in Òdena
(Anoia Region). Vinified by disgorging and vatting for 8 days with its native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation completed. Aged in stainless steel
during the winter without the addition of any chemical additive or stabilizer. Vegan. A minimum of sulfur is added to ensure its stability. 13% alcohol.
